Any time of year is a good time for delicious and tender BBQ Ribs. Whether you prefer the meat falling off the bone or a nice crispy exterior, our Sue Bee Honey Special BBQ Ribs recipe is the perfect way to cure your craving. If you like your ribs sticky and saucy, use all of the glaze or even double the recipe. For dryer ribs, use sparingly.

    Ribs and Marinade

    1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey
    4 pounds pork spareribs
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup soy sauce
    3/4 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot

    1. Place ribs on a rack in a shallow baking pan, cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool.
    2. In a bowl, combine Sue Bee Honey, broth, soy sauce, ketchup, pineapple juice, garlic, pepper and ginger. Put marinade in a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag and add ribs, turning to coat. Refridgerate overnight, turning occasionally.
    3. While grill is cool, coat it with nonstick cooking spray.
    4. Discard marinade. Grill ribs, uncovered, over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
