Apricot Dessert Loaf
Serves 8
  1. 2/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Orange Blossom Honey
  2. 2/3 cup margarine
  3. 1 tsp. ground ginger
  4. 7 oz. pkg. apricots
  5. Loaf bread dough
  1. Combine Sue Bee Honey, margarine and ginger in a medium sized pan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until margarine melts.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Spray a bunt pan with cooking spray.
  5. Divide 1/3 of honey mixture in bottom of pan.
  6. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped apricots on top.
  7. Arrange 15 more dough pieces in pan.
  8. Drizzle remaining 1/3 of honey mixture and sprinkle remaining apricots on top.
  9. Bake 15-20 minutes in preheated oven at 375 F until lightly browned on top.
  10. Invert on a plate to serve.
