Asian Chicken and Orange Salad
  1. 2 tablespoons of Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 3 tablespoons white or unseasoned rice vinegar
  3. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  4. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  5. 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  6. 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  7. 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  8. 1 small red onion, sliced thin
  9. 1 small orange, peeled and sectioned
  10. 3 cups shredded or sliced cooked chicken
  11. 1 cup chow mein noodles
  12. 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  13. Black pepper, optional
  1. Whisk together Sue Bee Honey, vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil and sesame oil in a small bowl for the dressing; set aside.
  2. Toss lettuce with water chestnuts and half of the onion; arrange on larger platter.
  3. Top with remaining onion, orange sections and chicken.
  4. Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with chow mein noodles and sesame seeds and season with pepper.
