Baked Honey-Lime Chicken Wings
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 3 limes
  3. 3 small garlic cloves
  4. 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  7. 24 medium chicken drumsticks
  8. lime wedge
  1. Preheat over to 450 F.
  2. From limes, grate 2 tsp peel and squeeze 1/4 cup juice.
  3. In small bowl with fork, mix Sue Bee Honey, garlic, coriander, salt, pepper, lime juice and 1 teaspoon lime peel.
  4. Arrange chicken on two jelly roll pans.
  5. Drizzle lime mixture over chicken; toss to coat evenly.
  6. Place pans on oven racks.
  7. Bake drumsticks 30-35 minutes, rotating pans between upper and lower racks halfway through baking and occasionally brushing chicken with glaze in pan, until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Transfer chicken to serving dish.
  9. Drizzle with pan juices.
  10. Garnish with lime wedges and sprinkle with remaining lime peel.
