Banana Smoothie

  1. 1 tablespoon Sue Bee Honey
  2. 2 bananas
  3. 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  4. 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  5. 2 cups milk
  6. ground nutmeg ground nutmeg
  1. Put the bananas in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the Sue Bee Honey, yogurt, wheat germ, milk and nutmeg.
  3. Process or blend until smooth.
  4. Taste before serving and add more Sue Bee Honey if you like.
