Pollen Jocks Orange Julius

Ingredients:
6 oz can frozen orange juice
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey
1 tsp vanilla
12 ice cubes

Directions:
Blend in blender until smooth. Also good after sets and ice melts. Makes about 4 servings.

Adam’s Apple Salad

Ingredients:
5 chopped, unpeeled red apples
1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup non-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.

Barry’s Shrimp On The Bar-bee

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey
1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon white pepper

Directions:
Thread shrimp evenly on wooden skewers. Combine Sue Bee Honey, lime juice and pepper, then brush the mixture on both sides of the shrimp. Place shrimp on grill, 4 to 6 inches above coals that have lost their flame, have a red glow and a thin layer of white ash. Baste occasionally with honey mixture. Grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side until shrimp are opaque. Serves 4.

Ken’s Key Lime Chicken

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Sue Bee Honey
5 Tablespoons key lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
4 chicken breasts, skinless & boneless

Directions:
1. In a resealable plastic bag, mix honey, key lime juice, garlic and lemon pepper. Place chicken in bag, seal, and shake to coat. Marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes, turning bag occasionally.

2. Preheat outdoor grill for high heat.

3. Gill marinated chicken about 8 minutes on each side, until no longer pink and juices run clear. Discard any remaining marinade. Serves 4.

Vanessa Bloom’s Apple Biscuits

Ingredients:
2 cups peeled and chopped apples
1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey
1 cup chopped nuts
2 Tbsp melted margarine or butter
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 pkgs Grand Biscuits
cinnamon
sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick vegetable coating. Combine apples, honey, nuts, margarine and the 1 Tbsp cinnamon. Roll each biscuit out to form a circle twice it's original size. Put 1 Tbsp of mixture in center of rolled out biscuit. Gather edges of biscuit together over the mixture and tip top in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place edges down in muffin tin. Drizzle 1 tsp of honey over top of cinnamon sugar coating. Proceed with remaining biscuits filling in the same way. Bake for about 20 minutes or until tops are browned and center is cooked. Makes 16 apple filled biscuits.
