Breakfast Peanut Butter Balls
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  3. 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  4. 1/2-3/4 cup flake cereal
  5. 1/4 cup raisins
  6. powdered sugar
  1. In a medium bowl, mix Sue Bee Honey, peanut butter and dry milk powder until smooth.
  2. Crush cereal by placing in plastic bag and crushing with rolling pin or by hand.
  3. Add raisins and crushed cereal to peanut butter mixture.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. With your hands, form into balls the size of a nickel.
  6. Roll in, or sprinkle with, powdered sugar, if desired.
  7. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
