Cheese and Honey-Glazed Carrots
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 6 large carrots
  3. salt salt
  4. 1 cup shredded cheese
  1. Peel carrots and cut in half crosswise.
  2. Cook in small amount of boiling salt water until carrots are tender (about 15 minutes, do not overcook).
  3. Drain and place carrots in a greased baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with Sue Bee Honey.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over carrots.
  6. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes, or broil until cheese melts.
