Chipotle Honey Dipping Sauce
Great with Shrimp Cocktail!
- 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 2 chipotle chiles
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- In a small saucepan, bring chiles, tomato, water, onion, garlic and salt to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook, slowly, covered for 15 minutes.
- Puree mixture in a blender until smooth.
- Stir in the Sue Bee Honey and vinegar.
- Serve at room temperature as a dipping sauce with shrimp.
