Cinnamon Glazed Carrots
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots
  3. 2 tablespoons butter
  4. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  1. Cook carrots by your preferred method (steaming, microwave, stovetop), until crisp-tender.
  2. In a separate saucepan, heat the Sue Bee Honey, butter and cinnamon until butter is melted; stir to blend.
  3. Drain carrots and place in serving dish.
  4. Drizzle honey mixture over carrots and serve.
