    Ingredients

    1/2 tablespoon Sue Bee Honey
    1 cup skim milk
    1 frozen banana
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

    Directions

    1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
    2. Blend and enjoy!
