Sauce & Marinade
1 Sue Bee Honey
two 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 large sweet red onion, peeled and minced
2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 rack of baby back ribs
1. In a medium pan, start sauce by heating Sue Bee Honey, tomato sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and peppers. In a skillet, saut
2. Meanwhile, place ribs on a rack in a deep baking pan. Add 1 cup of water, or enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Cover with aluminum foil and steam at 325 F for 45 minutes. Remove the water from the baking pan and pour sauce over ribs, reserving some to use as marinade. Bake in the pan uncovered, basting frequently with marinade, for an additional 30 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
