  1. 3/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  3. 1 cup chocolate chips
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  5. 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  6. 1 cup chopped peanuts
  1. Melt peanut butter and Sue Bee Honey over med low heat.
  2. Add chocolate chips to peanut butter and honey.
  3. Stir until melted.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add vanilla.
  6. Add oatmeal and peanuts.
  7. Press into lightly buttered 8x8 pan using lightly buttered hands if you need to.
  8. For thinner bars, use larger pan
  9. Set in fridge until firm enough to cut into bars.
  10. Freeze very well.
