Honey Balsamic Chicken
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 2 fish fillets
  3. 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  4. 2 garlic cloves
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  6. 1 pinch kosher salt
  7. 1 pinch black pepper
  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a food processor or blender combine Sue Bee Honey, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. Puree/process until well mixed.
  3. Spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, or lightly butter. Place fillets in dish.
  4. Brush on the honey sauce, trying to use it all.
  5. Sprinkle with brown sugar, covering the fillets.
  6. Bake until fillets are golden brown and the sugar has caramelized; about 30 minutes
  7. Serve warm.
