Honey Caramel Apple Dip
  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 14 oz. pkg. caramels
  3. 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Heat over low, stirring constantly until caramels are melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. For a thinner sauce, heat with additional evaporated milk.
  4. Cool to room temperature and use as a dip for apple wedges.
  5. Also good as an ice cream topping or drizzled over unfrosted cake squares.
  6. Keep refrigerated for weeks.
