Honey Cranberry Butter
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 cup butter, softened
  3. 1/3 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
  4. 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  5. 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  1. In a bowl, beat all ingredients until blended.
  2. Store in an airtight container or jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
