Honey Dijon Pork Chops
  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 4 center-cut pork chops
  3. salt and pepper
  4. 2 teaspoons olive oil
  5. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  6. 2 cups white wine
  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over med high heat.
  2. Add a light coating of salt and pepper to pork chops.
  3. Add pork chops to pan, cook until browned on each side.
  4. Remove pork chops from pan and set aside.
  5. Add Sue Bee Honey, mustard and wine to pan.
  6. Bring to a low boil for 2 minutes.
  7. Put pork chops back into pan with sauce.
  8. Reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Turn pork, simmer another 5 minutes, or until pork is cooked and no longer pink.
  10. Serve pork chops with sauce drizzled on top.
