Honey Lemon Chicken

  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1/2 cup lemon juice
  3. 1 teaspoon lime juice
  4. 1 teaspoon white pepper
  5. 1 teaspoon sodium-free seasoning
  6. 2 teaspoons dried basil
  7. 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  8. 4 garlic cloves
  9. 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
  10. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  11. 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken.
  2. Pour 2/3 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add the chicken, seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the remaining marinade.
  4. Drain and discard marinade from chicken.
  5. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.
  6. Grill chicken, uncovered, over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once and basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
