Honey Mustard-canning recipe
  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 3/4 cup mustard powder
  3. 1 cup cider vinegar
  4. 3 whole eggs
  1. In the top of a double boiler over simmering water combine all the ingredients, stirring until smooth and well combined.
  2. Continue to cook for 10 minutes or until thick and smooth.
  3. Pour into clean, hot sterile jars and seal.
  4. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes at altitudes up to 1000 feet sea level.
