Mango Sorbet
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 2 1/4 cups chopped ripe mangoes
  3. 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
  4. lime rind
  5. grated lime rind
  1. Combine Sue Bee Honey, mango and orange juice in a blender; process until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into an 8-inch square pan, cover and freeze until firm.
  3. To serve, spoon into individual dessert dishes, garnish with lime curls and lime rind, if desired.
