No-Bake Toasted Oats’n Honey Power Bars

- 3 cups toasted oatmeal
- 1 cup dates
- 1/3 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup almonds
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- Cover a 8-inch square pan with foil. Set aside.
- In a medium pan, over medium heat, toast oatmeal for about 10 minutes or till you can smell the its toasted aroma. Set aside.
- In a food processor, pulse dates, honey, peanut butter and cinnamon till well combined. Add almonds and oatmeal and pulse a few times till it forms a lump. Transfer to a bowl and add the chocolate chips.
- Press onto foil-covered cake pan till smooth on top. Cut into bars. Wrap each bar individually (you many use wax paper or plastic wrap). Enjoy power bars any time of the day for an extra boost!
