7-up Honey Bundt Cake


    1 cup margarine
    1/2 cup shortening
    1 cup Sue Bee Honey
    2 cups sugar
    5 eggs
    6 oz. 7-up pop
    3 1/4 cups flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Cream margarine, shortening, honey and sugar together.
    3. Add eggs one at a time beating after each one.
    4. Add 7-up and flour alternately to creamed mixture.
    5. Stir in lemon juice and salt.
    6. Pour mixture in bundt pan that has been sprayed with nonstick coating.
    7. Bake for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
    8. Makes about 16 slices.
