Puffed Wheat Honey Bars
  1. 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  2. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Clover Honey
  3. 1/4 cup peanut butter
  4. 4 cups mini marshmallows
  5. 3 cups sweetened puffed wheat cereal
  6. 3 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
  7. 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  8. 1/3 cup dried apricots, chopped
  9. 3/4 cup slivered almonds
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9x13 baking pan.
  3. Place the oil, Sue Bee Honey, peanut butter and marshmallows in a large mixing bowl over medium heat.
  4. Stir until marshmallows are melted, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the puffed what, cheerios, cranberries, apricots, and the almonds.
  6. Spread mixture evenly into pan and press down with your hands.
