Quick and Easy Honey Cake
  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 3/4 cups self raising flour
  3. 3/4 cup sugar
  4. 150 g butter
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 3/4 cup sour cream
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Place flour and sugar in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl combine Sue Bee Honey, butter, eggs and sour cream mix until well combined.
  4. Add butter mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Spoon mix into ring tin and bake 30 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer.
