Raspberry Sorbet
  1. 1 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 3 cups raspberries
  4. 2 tablespoons lime juice
  1. Boil Sue Bee Honey and water together over medium heat about 1 minute.
  2. Stir all ingredients together and pour into a 9-by-9-inch metal pan.
  3. Cover with foil and freeze at least 3 hours or until frozen.
  4. To serve, scrape across top with a spoon to create desired texture.
