Sue Bee Super Honey Mustard Chicken Wings
Ingredients
1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey
4 pounds chicken wings
cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
3 tablespoons yellow or prepared mustard
5 tablespoons brown cider vinegar
2 teaspoons hot sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 F. Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil and apply cooking spray.
- Arrange wings on the prepared baking pan so they do not touch. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy on top. Turn wings and cook another 20-25 minutes or until wings are no longer pink in the center and juices are clear. Remove wings from oven and set aside.
- Stir together the Sue Bee Honey, spicy brown and yellow mustards, vinegar and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl. Add wings and toss to coat evenly. Allow wings to sit in the bowl 6 minutes and toss again.
- When wings are thoroughly coated transfer to a serving platter. Serves 8-10.
