Ingredients
1 tablespoon Sue Bee Honey
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup chicken broth
8 ounces linguine
1/2 lb pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons onions
1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon, rind of
Directions
  1. ------Marinade-------Mix garlic, onions, lemon juice, soy sauce and honey together.
  2. -------Pork--------.
  3. Trim fat from pork.
  4. Cut pork into 1/2" pieces; place into a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over pork.
  5. Seal bag.
  6. Marinade pork for 20 minutes, or refrigerate until ready to use, no longer than 24 hours.
  7. Drain pork, reserving marinade.
  8. Spray skillet with nonstick spray; heat until cooking spray starts to bubble.
  9. Add pork; stir-fry until no longer pink in the center.
  10. Remove pork from skillet.
  11. Add broth to skillet; bring to a boil.
  12. Add broccoli, pork and marinade.
  13. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook about 3 minutes or until broccoli is crisp tender.
  14. Heat until boiling.
  15. Mix cornstarch and water; stir into pork mixture.
  16. Cook and stir until thickened.
  17. Serve over pasta.
  18. Sprinkle with lemon peel.
