Strawberry Asparagus Salad

Servings: SERVES 4
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Sue Bee Honey
2 cups asparagus
2 cups strawberries
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
  1. Toss the asparagus and strawberries together in a bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
  5. Chill before serving.
