Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon Sue Bee Honey
1 firm juicy eating apple
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 stalk celery
1 ounce seedless raisin
1 ounce walnuts
2 ounces cheese
2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
1 pinch cinnamon
Directions
  1. Wash, but do not peel the apples, remove the core, quarter and then cut the apples into triangles or cubes, mix at once with the lemon juice.
  2. Add the celery, raisins or craisins, walnuts and cheese and mix together.
  3. Flavour the yogurt with a little cinnamon and honey and mix well, and then mix the salad and yogurt together.
  4. Put the salad in your lunchbox and refrigerate - or serve.
