Ingredients
1/4 cup Sue Bee Honey
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Add cream, oil and honey; beat well.
  4. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
  5. Pour into a greased 9-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 400F for 20- 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
