Cheese Breadsticks

Cheese Breadsticks
Ingredients
2 tsp. yeast
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Vegetable oil
Cornmeal
1 cup water
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1/4 cup Sue Bee Honey
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. dry milk
3 cups bread flour
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
Directions
  1. Using the first 7 ingredients, make dough according to individual bread machine instructions.
  2. When done, remove and let dough rest on a floured surface for 15 minutes.
  3. Knead dough for about 1 minute the roll into a 15x10 inch rectangle.
  4. Place onto a greased jelly roll pan or cookie sheet that has been sprinkled with cornmeal.
  5. Cover and let rise in warm place 20 to 30 minutes, until slightly risen.
  6. Brush with oil.
  7. Sprinkle with seasonings and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is browned.
  9. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake bout 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
  11. Cool slightly and cut into bread strips.
