Caramel Apple Cheesecake Pie
FILLING
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey
4 apples
Directions
  1. Melt margarine and honey over medium high heat in a frying pan.
  2. Stir in apples.
  3. Cook 12 to 15 minutes until browned; stirring constantly.

21 caramels
1/4 cup half and half

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey
1/2 tsp. allspice
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Directions
  1. Fold half of caramel mixture in with apples and the other half with cream cheese mixture.
  2. Spoon apple mixture into bottom of pie crust.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
  4. Top with cream cheese mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until deep golden brown.
  5. When cool, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
