Cranberry Yam Bake
Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey
17 oz. can yams
2 cups cranberries
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Directions
  1. Mix flour, oats and cinnamon together.
  2. Cut in margarine.
  3. Place yams and cranberries in a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle with flour mixture.
  5. Drizzle with honey.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  7. Top with marshmallows and bake until lightly browned.
