Revved-up Power Smoothie
  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 pint fresh strawberries or 2 cups frozen strawberries, stemmed and sliced, slightly thawed
  3. 1 cup 1 or 2 percent milk
  4. 1 cup (8 oz.) plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 1 cup crushed ice
  1. In a blender or food processor container, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend or process until smooth. Serve immediately.
  3. For variety, use 2 cups any fresh or frozen fruit or combination of fruits such as sliced strawberries and bananas or sliced peaches and whole raspberries.
