NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ENTRY: This promotion (the “Promotion”) begins November 2, 2007 and ends April 30, 2008. For Internet entry, access www.suebee.com and follow directions for entry into the Promotion. On-line entries must be received by 5:00 PM EST on April 30, 2007. Limit of one entry per person per week regardless of the method of entry. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, who are age 18 or older, and have a valid driver's license at the time of entry. Employees of Sioux Honey Association (“Sponsor”), their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, participating retailers and promotion and advertising agencies, (collectively “Companies”) and the members of their immediate families (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband or wife) and persons residing in the same household of such employees not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.

PRIZES: Twenty (20) Prizes of a Sue Bee Honey Gift Pack and a Bee Movie DVD. Approximate Prize is $50. No prize transfers allowed. No prize substitution or cash redemption will be allowed except by Sponsor who reserves right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value in the event of prize unavailability, or if deemed necessary in Sponsor's sole discretion. If winner is unreachable for notification, if winner chooses not to accept prize or if winner is ineligible to accept the prize for any reason, another winner will be selected.

RANDOM DRAWING/PRIZE AWARD: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 1, 2008 by an independent judging organization, whose decision will be final. The winners will be notified by telephone from an authorized Sponsor representative on or about May 1, 2008. The winners will be required to complete, sign and return within five (5) days of receipt an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release authorizing use of winner's name and likeness in promotions. Winner will be required to provide proof of automobile insurance. Winners may be required to sign a receipt. If winners cannot be reached within two (2) days, or upon the failure of winner to timely return required documents or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, Sponsor may cause prize to be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

ODDS OF WINNING: The actual odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries actually received.

GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree: (a) to abide by all these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the judges which shall be final in all respects; (b) to allow Companies use, for sales and marketing purposes, of any information supplied by entrants as allowed by law; (c) to indemnify, defend and hold harmless and release Companies, their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, costs, expenses, fees, injuries (including death), losses or damages resulting from participation in the Promotion, acceptance and use of a prize and/or from participant's fraudulent or otherwise wrongful acts or omissions; (d) if a winner and by acceptance of a prize, to allow Sponsor to use of winner's name, voice and likeness without further notice or compensation for Promotion, publicity, advertising and required filing purposes; and (e) if a winner, to allow Sponsor or representative of Sponsor to contact entrant by telephone for notification purposes related to this promotion. By entering this Promotion, entrant expressly authorizes Sponsor or representative of Sponsor to telephone entrant, notwithstanding any participation or registration by entrant on any “Do Not Call” request lists maintained by any state or governmental entity.

DISCLAIMER: No responsibility is assumed by Companies for late, lost, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failure, connections, unavailability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/Website/use network accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or Website; to be acting in violation of the terms of service of the Website or in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries and disqualify the entrant. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the winner will be the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address, according to the Internet service provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the winning entry. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Companies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, however caused, and are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Website. Companies are not responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other individual's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion or downloading material from or use of the Website. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, printing errors, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole discretion, believes would corrupt or affect the administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of the Promotion and select the winners from mail-in entries and Internet entries received prior to the action taken or as otherwise may be deemed by Sponsor to be fair and equitable. The Sponsor is not responsible for any printing or typographical errors in any Promotion material. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised prize. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

Be sure to print: “Attn: Winners List“ or “Attn: Official Rules” on the outside of the envelope. All requests must be mailed separately.
