Strawberry Angel Food Cake

  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 package strawberry gelatin
  3. 1-1/4 cups water
  4. 1 lb strawberries
  5. 1 cup heavy cream
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  7. 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  8. 1 loaf angel food cake
  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and stir in strawberries and Sue Bee Honey.
  2. Cool until it begins to thicken.
  3. Tear cake into chunks and put in bottom of 9x13-inch pan.
  4. Whip together cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until mixture forms stiff peaks.
  5. Reserve 1 cup of gelatin mixture.
  6. Fold whipped cream into remaining gelatin.
  7. Pour over cake pieces.
  8. Pour remaining gelatin over top and refrigerate until set.
