Strawberry Cream Pie

  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 envelope gelatin
  3. 1/4 cup water
  4. dash salt
  5. 1 cup sour cream
  6. 2 tabelspoons milk
  7. 2 egg yolks
  8. 1 cup whipping cream
  9. 9 inch baked pie shell
  1. 2 tablespoons Sue Bee Honey
  2. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  3. 10 oz package strawberries
  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let soften.
  2. Combine Sue Bee Honey, salt, sour cream, milk and egg yolks and mix well.
  3. Microwave mixture just to boiling, stirring after every minute.
  4. Stir in softened gelatin.
  5. Cover and refrigerate mixture until it starts to thicken, about an hour.
  6. Fold in whipped cream and spoon into baked pie shell.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  1. Mix all Sue Bee Honey, cornstarch and juice in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  3. Stir in strawberries.
  4. Cool to room temperature and spoon over filling.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
