Sue Bee Honey Chocolate Sauce
  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 4 squares semisweet chocolate
  3. 4 tablespoons water
  4. 2 tablespoons butter
  1. Melt the chocolate in water by simmering at a low boil for 3 minutes.
  2. Chocolate burns easily, so do not overheat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Sue Bee Honey and butter, beat hard, and serve warm over ice cream.
  4. You may prepare ahead of time, refrigerate, and then reheat to serve (do not boil).
