Sue Bee Honey Glazed Carrots
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 3 cups sliced carrots or 16 oz baby carrots
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  1. Bring 2 inches (approximately 1 cup) of salted water to a boil in medium saucepan over high heat.
  2. Add carrots and return to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium.
  4. Cover and cook 8 to 12 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender.
  5. Drain carrots and return to saucepan.
  6. Stir in Sue Bee Honey, butter and parsley.
  7. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until carrots are tender and thoroughly glazed.
