Sue Bee Honey S'mores Bites
  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  3. 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  4. 2/3 cup crushed graham crackers
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  7. 1/4 cup mini-marshmallows
  8. 1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips
  1. In a large bowl, stir together oats, flour, crushed graham crackers, and salt.
  2. Add in peanut butter and honey and stir until well-combined.
  3. Stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  4. If dough is sticky, refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow to firm up before forming into 1-inch balls.
  5. Leftovers should be stored in the refrigerator.
  1. Using a cookie or melon scoop helps to get them well-rounded.
