Trail Mix Energy Bites

Love trail mix but hate the mess? Then Trail Mix Energy Bites are exactly what you need! The sweet and salty flavors of the classic snack are rolled into delicious energy-packed bites that can be ready in just 30 minutes.

 

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Sue Bee® honey
  • 1 cup dry oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 2/3 cup roughly chopped roasted salted almonds
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

  • Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  • Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you’d like.
  • Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
